Position:SALES EXECUTIVE / SR. SALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATION : PROJECT “RED EARTH” AT PIRANGUT, URAWADE.
The candidate should be at least Graduate. He should be having a business related knowledge with very strong communication skills. The candidate should be self motivated in achieving the sales goals, should be a team player, should also perform the job independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1. Handling walk-in , telephonic and e-mail enquiries related to the project.
- 2. Maintaining database of potential customers.
- 3. Project detailing to the customers and closing the deal
- 4. Sales generation through existing database.
- 5. Coordinating with on-site team
- 6. Drafting agreements, demand letters and any other Client correspondence, as required.
- 7. Follow up for payments with existing customers.
- 8. Assisting in marketing & promotional strategies for ongoing as well as upcoming projects of the company
- 9. Co-ordination with the Admin, Accounts as well as Liasoning team.
- 10. Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.
A good understanding of the Real Estate market.
Strong Communication skills; written as well as verbal.
Client friendly approach, Confident, Self- starter, and presentable personality.
Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality.
Good Sales acumen with a proven track record in meeting targets in real estate industry.
1. Minimum qualification is graduate with atleast 2 years of experience in real estate.
2. Technical skills : Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet , Social Media Websites such as FB, Linked in, Twitter,etc.
3. Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.
