JD for Senior Architect
• Ability to understand Drawings from various agencies and coordinate the Working Drawing.
• Familiar with UDCPR and sanction process.
• Should be able to understand legalities in Architecture.
• Ability to deal with client changes and client coordination.
• Software skills – AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sketchup, Photoshop & or Coral or higher.
• Understanding the construction process from the execution point of view.
• To be able to understand the process of decision-making and the repercussions of the decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
• The candidate should be a Bachelors of Architecture.
• 7-8 years of experience in Architecture.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience (present/latest) in Real Estate/Developer.
• Good communication skills.
• Academic inclination towards mathematical calculations.
