1) Position: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary: The candidate should be at least Graduate. He should be having a business related knowledge with very strong communication skills. The candidate should be self motivated in achieving the sales goals, should be a team player, should also perform the job independently.

Job Responsibilities :
• Handling walk-in , telephonic and e-mail enquiries related to the project.
• Maintaining database of potential customers.
• Project detailing to the customers and closing the deal.
• Sales generation through existing database.
• Coordinating with on-site team.
• Drafting agreements, demand letters and any other Client correspondence, as required.
• Follow up for payments with existing customers.
• Assisting in marketing & promotional strategies for ongoing as well as upcoming projects of the company.
• Co-ordination with the Admin, Accounts as well as Liasoning team.
• Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:
• A good understanding of the Real Estate market.
• Strong Communication skills; written as well as verbal.
• Client friendly approach, Confident, Self- starter, and presentable personality.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality.
• Good Sales acumen with a proven track record in meeting targets in real estate industry.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum qualification is graduate with atleast 2 years of experience in real estate.
2. Technical skills : Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet , Social Media Websites such as FB, Linked in, Twitter,etc.
3. Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.

2) Position: Front Office Executive

Job Responsibilities :
• Handling Reception and attending visitors.
• Should have good communication skills and should be Fluent in English, verbal as well as written.
• Should be smart with a pleasing personality.
• Minimum Graduation required.
• Supervision of housekeeping/ support staff.
• Handling admin activities such as inward/outward record, printing and stationary management, billing entries, petty cash, etc. Should be able to take follow up of the tasks efficiently for its timely completion.
• Knowledge of MS Office essential.
• Vendor Management and maintaining the record of AMCs.
• Answer the phone and screen calls, transfer to the right person or department.
• Maintain files, records and documents schedule manually as well as on computer.
• Knowledge of EPABX, travel bookings, etc would be an added advantage.
• Good organizational and multi- tasking abilities.
• Female candidates only.
• All other activities that are related to the smooth functioning of the reception and admin functions.

3) Position: Junior Executive - Accounts

Department: Accounts

Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious Junior Executive to provide support to the Accounts and financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s accounts and finances.
Routine data entries are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities :
• Follow ups for routine and pending invoices from suppliers, contractors or site engineers at a regular interval.
• Ensure all the site wise expenses recorded in the tally e. g. Purchases, Journals, Cash payments etc.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Manage account payable activity.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations and co-ordination with suppliers or contractors for the compliances.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Assist with other assignments as instructed time to time.

Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a junior accountant.
• Excellent organizing abilities.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum qualification : B. Com with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical skills : Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Tally 9.1
